The Fund is dedicated to utilizing a practical approach to acquiring, holding, renting, renovating and/or trading income-generating real estate, such as residential homes, shopping malls, shops, hotels, offices and warehouses, while taking advantage of The Fund’s tax exempt status.

There are 3 types of Real Estate Investment Trusts [REITs] – Equity REITs which invest in/own properties and makes revenue from rents received. Mortgage REITs which invest in mortgages and generates# revenue from interests on mortgage loans. And finally the Hybrid REITs which combines both the Mortgage and Equity REITs
