Learn How to Dance Salsa at Bomphysio

Salsa is a lively, fiery, and sexy dance style that you can indulge in alone or, usually and more rewardingly, with a partner. It’s a fun way to burn away calories, tone and sculpt your body, lower your stress levels, and bond with the one you love. A dance studio in Abuja is now offering classes where you can learn how to dance salsa.

Bomphysio introduces Baile De Salsa, exclusive salsa classes tailor-made to teach you dance skills, discipline, and to keep your body toned — all in one. With proficient salsa instructors, the perfect environment, and groovy Latin music, Baile De Salsa promises to be an avenue for fun, fitness and skill.

Venue: Bomphysio, 16, Banjul Street, off Monrovia Street, Wuse 2, Abuja.

Dance Schedule. Baile De Salsa will be held three times a week with different sessions to pick from each day.

Mondays:  6.30pm — 7.30pm, 7.30pm — 8.30pm, and 8.30pm — 9.30pm

Wednesdays: 6.30pm — 7.30pm, 7.30pm — 8.30pm, and 8.30pm — 9.30pm

Saturdays: 5.30pm — 6.30pm, 6.30pm — 7.30pm, and 7.30pm — 8.30pm

Mode of Payment. Registration for Baile De Salsa is in two parts, to provide financial convenience.

One class: N1, 000

Twelve classes: N12,000

Payments are to be made before participation in any of the classes. After registration, you will be given a form where you can indicate your preferred schedule. You can also pay with your ATM cards.

Here are a few House Rules to guide you and let you know what to expect. All potential/registered students are required to have the following:

1. Salsa shoes for ladies (2 or 3 inches heel).

2. Salsa shoes for men. Black with comfortable soles (1 inch heel, similar to office shoes).

3. Dresses, skirts, or leggings suitable for dancing (for women).

4. Black trousers (for men).

Students are advised not to wear the following:

1. Tight fitting clothes. This will restrict your movement and make dancing unconfortable.

2. Slippers or sandals.

3. Flat shoes. (These will only be allowed for basic classes, in the absence of heeled shoes)..

4. Jeans (totally prohibited).

Promotion! Bomphysio is offering exciting rewards to its customers. If you register before the 11th of April, you get a free CD. Also, if you introduce a friend to the programme you get a free class. Fresh juice will be available to all participants.
