Tip of the Day: Eat Right



How many times have you heard the following?

“Dirty no dey kill black man.”

“Food no dey kill.”

The fact is that dirt kills and so does food- the wrong food that is. You can’t constantly eat the wrong thing and not pay for it.

Likewise, you can’t eat good food in a dirty environment and not catch something. Do you buy roast plantain from the woman roasting above or beside a gutter?

A lot of people are dying from what they eat and don’t know it. Many diseases are caused by our diet and lifestyle.

Eat healthy

Eat well

Don’t overeat

Moderation is important; fatty foods, fried foods and sugar should be in moderation.

Exercise at least 30 minutes every day.

See your doctor for advice before you start. If you don’t have a doctor, go out and get one.
