Controversial Super Eagles striker, Peter Osaze Odemwingie has attracted the interest of Carling Cup holders, Swansea City.
Swansea City coach, Michael Laudrup values the Nigerian star at 3m pounds as he plans to bolster the Swans attack for next season.
Swansea City will be one of England’s representatives in next season’s Europa League and Michael Laudrup is eager and desperate to strengthen his strike force after letting Itay Shechter and Danny Graham leave the club.
Osaze, who has only a year left on his contract with West Bromwich, is desperate to leave the Hawthorns after falling out with the club hierarchy in January over a transfer dispute.
Queens Park Rangers tried to lure Osaze to Loftus Road in January, but the deal collapsed at the last minute. Odemwingie had arrived at Loftus Road on deadline day and been interviewed on television about his imminent switch to London, only for West Brom to reveal that no transfer fee had been agreed.
Premier League newcomers, Hull City and Crystal Palace have also been linked with the player.
