How to Prepare Ginger Lemon Tea

We are team Fitfam and proud. While some may frown at the combo of this tea, this is perfect for weight loss and reducing blood pressure.
Ingredients
- 1 ginger
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- Honey
Method
- Wash and peel the back of the ginger. Put in a cup and pour hot water over it (you can choose to boil to bring out the flavour of the ginger).
- Squeeze in some lemon juice into the cup.
- You may sweeten with honey.
