Areachops is a recently released app that caters to the busy worker who hardly has the time to head into a restaurant to order for food, and for the individual who just wants something different from home-cooked food.
The app was released in April 2018 and has rapidly become a major player in the Nigerian food delivery service. Areachops allows you to order food with ease from the comfort of your home for office, anywhere you are.
The UI Does Not Get Any Simpler
The first thing that meets the eye is its beautifully designed homepage which contains only necessary details and the colourful logo design of a delivery man riding a bike. Once you’ve registered (which only takes a few minutes), you can enter your location which apparently helps Areachops find all the restaurants in your vicinity. This is a much faster way to find restaurants close to you without having to search for them.
However, if you’re unable to locate a particular restaurant, the Browse Restaurants icon which can be located inside the drop-down menu bar at the top-left corner of the homepage provides you with a more extensive lists of restaurants to go through and leaves you with the option of searching for any restaurant in case you can’t find it in the list; the listed restaurants all have their prices displayed on the app. All the restaurants listed fall under either continental or intercontinental categories ensuring that all customers are catered to irrespective of their food preferences. You can also click on restaurants to see if there are positive reviews and ratings on it.
There is also an Orders in the icon which displays the list of orders you have made. This Orders icon also shows you the amount of time left for your food to be delivered, payment verification derails and the location of the driver assigned to you. Once you’ve placed your order, you can relax and wait for your food to be delivered at your door-step.
Ordering on Areachops only involves a three-step process:
- Selecting your area.
- Choosing your meal.
- Choosing your payment me method.
And voila! Food is served.
