Studies show that people on a keto or low-carb diet end up losing more weight than those who are not on the diet.

Improves Acne

While acne can have several causes, it is often linked to diet and blood sugar.

Consuming a diet high in refined carbohydrates can result in an imbalance of gut bacteria and cause blood sugar levels to rise significantly, both of which can cause skin problems.
