With the second wave of COVID-19 threatening to cancel Christmas this season, places for fun are being limited. Now you have to choose places where the potential for a crowd gathering is minimal. If you love art, then this is a new joint you need to check out. Art galleries are such a great place to visit because they are usually in spacious spaces with few visitors per time. This art gallery in the heart of Lagos is full of original paintings by creative artists on two floors. They offer services such as guided tours, photography, art sales, painting sessions, art exhibition, artists’ session and events. Entry is free. They are open from Mondays to Fridays (10 am- 7 pm daily) and on weekends by appointment when you schedule in advance.

Onikan House

Discover the culture and history of Lagos when you visit Loving Lagos Onikan House. This 1930s flag bearing building has a screen room for projector display of Nigeria’s history. There is also a cool library segment with books for readers interested in a quiet place or have a tour around the pieces of history framed and hung on the walls in the house. You can play dress-up with the different styled African attires and hats. You may even just hang out in the Loving Lagos molue restaurant setting, or hitch a ride around town with the Loving Lagos Keke. It is the perfect place for edutainment.

This residential house turned hotel is a hidden gem in Lekki. The ambience is mesmerizing with a touch of class.
