Self-reflection is a powerful way to live life and ensure we’re on the right track. Take stock of past events and choices that have led to your present circumstances. Was there anything you could have done better? Is there anything that worked for you that you would want to try again?
When you have an understanding of how the past has impacted your life, you’re able to take the right steps towards ensuring a better future.
