This article takes the search to Abuja and spotlights the top 5 coworking spaces in the country’s capital city. These locations offer entrepreneurs a place to run their businesses at a fraction of what it would cost them to rent an office in Abuja. There are flexible payment plans too, so users have a fair deal of options to choose from.
Here are our top 5 coworking spaces in Abuja, listed in no particular order.
Aiivon Innovation Hub
Aiivon is located in the Wuse area of Abuja. It provides fully-serviced offices and coworking spaces to startups and companies. Its website says it is home to more than 60 startups. Residents have access to high-speed internet, 24-hour power supply, networking opportunities, and a kitchenette.
These facilities are tied to subscriptions for space, which are available on an hourly, daily, or monthly basis, depending on the plan members opt for.
Aiivon also helps its resident businesses with capacity-building programs and business development support. They receive free access to trainings, free legal consultation, and help desk support services.
House 72 is sited in the Garki 2 area, on the southern edge of the city center. It’s a neatly laid-out space with plenty of white in its interior. This gives it a cool feel, supplying the calmness that’s required for optimum productivity.
The space promises high-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable furniture, free coffee, front office, mail, lounge, and pricing that covers the cost of all facilities provided. Office spaces here include private offices, reserved desk spaces, boardrooms, virtual offices, and more.
House 72 also organizes trainings and provides advisory for startups in the Abuja area. These events are held within its premises.
Savvy Instant Offices
Located in the Wuse 2 district, Savvy Instant Offices delivers decently priced offices and working spaces for business executives, startups, and freelancers. There’s also a second location in Lagos that offers similar services.
Spaces here range from serviced executive offices, virtual offices, and a coworking hub, to corporate desks, executive boardrooms, and training rooms. Depending on the space that members choose, they can enjoy high-speed Fibre-Optic internet, personalized mails, projectors, flipcharts, and video conferencing.

The Ventures Park sits in the Three Arms Zone, close to the nation’s seat of power. It’s nicely designed with plenty of artsy finishes, and lighting that suits its interior just fine.
Ventures Park provides open workspaces and dedicated work desks for startups, and event spaces for trainings, bootcamps, conferences, and social events. Its website lists a conference room, two training rooms, and an outdoor space.
Freelancers and startups resident at Ventures Park enjoy internet access, telephone services, mail services, lounge, lounge, gym, and free coffee. The combination of services they can access depends on the plan they sign up for.
Box Office Hub
The Box Office Hub is situated in the Central Business District, at the heart of Abuja. Doyin Adewola, who founded the office, says he set it up after failing to find affordable office space for his burgeoning startup.
Today, Box Office Hub gives entrepreneurs a lot of the things they would enjoy in a traditional office, and much more. It helps its members with internet connectivity, front desks, office assistants, air conditioning systems, and power supply.
SMEs and startups can pay for these services on a daily, monthly, or annual basis.
It seems that coworking spaces are here to stay. Abuja has a large number of these spots catering to an increasing population of entrepreneurs. If you would like to have your workstation at any of these locations, you can try out the one we’ve talked about here.
